Solenoids not activating
I have an old club car with 5 solenoids, 3 resistors, and the 5 microswitch setup. I had to rewire everything because a fire burnt all but two wires on the cart. I have followed a few diagrams and seem to have everything wired correctly. Some issues I ran into is that there are not very many good diagrams that show the new style f&r wiring and few that clearly show the small wire hookups. I individually tested all 5 solenoids by hooking 36v to the two small terminals. I had to replace 2 but now they all click manually. When I turn the key switch on, and mash the gas, nothing happens at all. However, if I use a screw driver to jump each solenoid, the tires spin. What could I possibly be missing to cause it not to do anything? All the microswitches click and I couldn't imagine all 5 of them being bad. Any help would be appreciated. And I used the sticky diagrams already..
Battery voltage is like 37.5 while testing also |

Re: Solenoids not activating
The f&r micro is new and came with the assymbly. Just making sure my wiring is correct because there weren't many good diagrams, should be yellow wire from the pedal microswitch box connected to one pin on the micro and then second pin should go to key switch correct?

the one out the back of micro switch goes to the main solenoid (yellow wire) there is a wire from 1st micro switch in box to the same post as the one from the f/r micro switch |

Re: Solenoids not activating
Feeling stupid right now...had the key return wire going to the positive post on battery 1 not negative post on battery 6. Helps to have it wired correctly to make it work.
