You can get colered electrical tape at home depot green and white along with many other colors.

The paint covers the complete cable and stays on better. IMO

Those are the only changes. Everything else is original 2010 Club Car Excel programmed to speed code 3.

Your description says you changed to 4 ga. cables. Aren't the white and green motor cables 4 ga. originally? Mine are much bigger than the original 6 ga. battery cables.

Mine were all 6 ga, so I changed all of them. The bandit is interesting.

I wonder how many amps a stock motor can pull.

Looks good Big Block. The only thing that concerns me is your battery watering system. If it were me I would remove it or just cut the hoses off at each battery. You can search on here and find at least one thread where a guy had an explosion and blew up his batteries because of his watering system. Trying to help.

Couldn't agree more. A watering system acts as a fuse from battery to battery in the event of a battery explosion...
