Default 1998 CC Regen 2 - Installed New Controller, still no movement

BGW Family,

I have an older Regen 2 cart in the shop that I tested to have a failed controller. No output to activate the solenoid, but had 48V on Pins 1,2,4.

Long story short, I installed an Alltrax XCT300PDPlus, and still have the same issues. It's the first XCT I've installed on an PDPlus cart so I need some guidance.

Cart will barely move, if at all when in F or R and throttle pressed. Reverse buzzer ONLY works when throttle is pressed and F/R in R Tow/Run in Run. Controller only "registers" when throttle is pressed. I have it connected to the laptop, am running the ToolKit and the monitors only display info when the throttle is pressed. When you lift off the throttle, it's dead.

OBC is bypassed (White/Red jumped to Blue)
New Solenoid Installed, and clicks when throttle is pressed in F/R. Releases after 2 seconds of 0% throttle as it should.

Any Ideas?

There are issues with the XCT controllers and the PD Plus systems. They don't play together well. I suggest either replacing the XCT with a DCX or converting the vehicle to the IQ system and getting an XCT IQ controller.

Call Alltrax tech support on this one and let us know what they say

What throttle mode have you got selected?
