My 06 club car after i drive and plug in the charger kicks on and works but it doesn't stay for 16 hours like ive seen in other post. Maybe an 1 hour and wont kick on anymore until i unplug it abd plug it back in. Any ideas.

Are your batteries fully charged? If so then everything is fine. If not, then you have a problem. Measure the battery voltages about an hour or so after completing a charge and compare them to the charts posted here.

When your charger shuts off to quick like yours is it's a sign of a bad battery. You need to do the load test/compare and find out if a battery is dropping out. How old are your batteries? 48.1 is below 50% charge
