96 club car 48 volt carryall wont move
96 club car carryall 48 volt, key on pedal depressed tries to move just a little
do not hear are feel solenoid click jumped the two big terminals on solenoid and runs great in forward and reverse could it be the solenoid or the micro switches on the F/R switch battery pack voltage is 52 volts thanks for the help Charlie |

well if you jumped the solenoid and it functions as normal I would say that's it

Check the voltage on the small wires on the solenoid. First check to see if you have any voltage at all on the two small wires with key on and pedal pressed. If not check to see if you are missing the positive. Put meter black wire on main pack negative and red on the solenoid positive. If you have voltage there, put red meter wire on pack positive and meter black wire on solenoid negative. Depending on the reading you get we can help you tell what to do next.

thanks for the help everybody it's not my cart belongs to a friend and the company he works for gave it to him
I fixed a cable going to the motor and put on all new cables on the batteries also got his charger to work do the carryall use a different solenoid tha a normal club car 48 volt or are they the same it has a 3.10 hp motor and a 300 amp controller on it all factory thanks everything is pretty coroded on the cart all the connections |

Yeah well if all the connection points are really corroded you definitely want to clean what you can and replace what you can't. Now that you mentioned that your solenoid may not be bad, but your connections to it may be instead
