I would go with a modern 48V to 12V reducer instead of a separate 12V battery. Cheaper and less maintenance.

On that topic, now that I have an ammeter on my cart, Was thinking of doing a run without and an identical run with an extra battery. See how many more amps it takes to do the same run with the extra weight. If anyone is interested, that is.

Well volt-amp, if it gets to be too aggravating, I can install a reducer. Got all this extra space in here I thought It would be a good idea. Planning on board charger for pack and 12 volt accessory battery. There's about a 2 foot by 4 foot (roughly) area of open space under there.

The one's I've seen Kashmir run about $2500 shipped to you. Front, rear, and trunk lid. I don't remember if that included lights and hardware.

Found mine on Craigslist. Never been installed.

I just want the cowl for my Carryall....that would look soooooo cool!!!
Not for anywhere near $2k though.
I was thinking more like $500 or so

IDK Kashmir, would like to buy like a 40 ford, or 50 mercury front end for this one (rat rod jacked up) I put together and painted today. This one ain't show quality, but I think it's cool.
