Default Club car 1980???

I acquired a new to me club car ml# A8007 09778 but it's passenger axel shaft is coming out i know it's fixable but can I get the parts to fix it or should I try and swap it for a newer one

if the axle is coming out i beleive you need to take rearend cover off there should be a c-clip that holds it in..........i beleive, if not someone will know for sure...........................................

Did they use a different method to hold axle in back then, different than the snap ring behind the axle assembly near brake drum they use today?

back to 81 they used the snap ring or c-clip you had the sealed bearing behind the outer axle where studs are and the c-clip was at the other end in the rear end......i,m not certain if 80 and 81 are thesame but i can only find back to 81........i do know the axles are totally different from left side to right side but it looks like clip is the same.......................................
