2004 EZGO TXT Electric Series Drive Problem with Forward

Ok I think I found what was wrong with my cart. I did have some of the wiring wrong on the forward and reverse switch. I changed the wiring according to the Non DCS Series wiring diagram with the B+ wire going to A on switch, S1 wire going to B on switch, A2 wire going to C on switch, S2 wire going to D on switch, and A1 going to M- on controller. With this configuration I now have reverse when switch is in forward and forward when switch is in reverse. Can anybody tell me which wires I need to swap around to correct this problem? Thanks

Switch the 2 F&R cables at the 9 oclock and 3 o-clock positions.

Josh, do exactly what Scotty suggested, I had the exact same problem during my upgrade. Just swap the S1 and S2 cables. then R will be reverse and F will be forward.

you could dio it at either end of the cable....at the motor or at the F/R switch, which ever is easier for you to get at. for me, I swaped them over at the motor.
