Years ago I restored a 75 Porsche 911S for $41k. It was only worth about 12k. Then I restored another object 'd passion a 72 MGB. It was $26,000. Was only worth around $7k. Now I am about to complete an $8k cart. Do you get my drift? While you start out with good intentions, you always end up with "Well, I didn't build it to make money, anyway I built it for fun....."
