Default 89 columbia

Well I had the cart running for a few months then all of a sudden it bogged down. Since then I have rebuilt the whole top end, cleaned the carb, tried 2 different starter generators, 2 different key switches, new spark plugs, 2 different plug wires and nothing has effected it. It acts like it wants to take off and goes about 20 feet and then just sits there and putts and inches forward every so often

I would check out fuel filter and fuel pick up tube. A partially plugged pick up tube will give it enough fuel to start but not enough to keep it running. I have had this problem on several different types of carts.

If it were something electrical you probably wouldn't even get 20 feet out of it.

Does it run better if you choke? You may want to take the muffler off and see if it runs?

Bad cranks seals will definitely bog your engine down.

Have checked the fuel filter and the crank seals are fine gets enough fuel and no it does not run any better with choke out I have been told it may be the reeds? Which btw it's a 2 stroke, so taking the muffler off wouldn't be good for the engine with it be 2 stroke
