Default G9 won't keep charge

My cart started and ran fine until the other day. Now won't keep a charge. I charge the battery up and it fires just fine. Let it sit overnight and battery dead again. Charge and just fine. I know the battery needs replaced, but could something be draining it. Ignition if off and don't have any lights on.
Any suggestions helpful

You can take your cart down to your local battery shop and have them load test the battery, and do a test on your electrical system to see if there is a draw on your battery.

Make sure your starter/generator is putting charge back into the battery, too.

if the battery isn't good it will not hold a charge nor will it accept charge and hold it correct??I would have the battery tested first. Then go from their.

Why does the battery need to be replaced?? One bad cell could do this.

If you have another top post battery in anything around home that is good, put it in the cart and see if this solves the problem. If so, run down to Walmart and get one for around $30.
