Get us an actual voltage reading on your battery pack. Also if the solenoid was wet chances are the controller has been wet, and if it is a stock Curtis control, it is not waterproof.

Re: Solid beeping when in tow mode
Also remember, whenever you are connecting or disconnecting any wires (aside from plugging in the charger), put it in Tow mode.

Re: Solid beeping when in tow mode
It has been in tow/maintenance mode when I do anything with the batteries. I am having to manually charge the batteries individually for the moment because they were low when I bought the cart, so I know right now only two are above 6.0 volts. I will get back once all are charged.

Re: Solid beeping when in tow mode
Ok. I each time i charge one to over 6 volts and then move to the other and charge it for a bit, the first one dips back to around 5.8 in about about 30 minutes time. I have 6 US 1800 Deep Cycle 6 Volt batteries.

Re: Solid beeping when in tow mode
So there either really dead and that's just a temporary voltage and it settles out or the batteries are really junk

Re: Solid beeping when in tow mode

You should still be able to charge them with the switch in tow with your big charger. Not sure why your charging them individually. Sounds like the batteries are toast. How old are they? |

Re: Solid beeping when in tow mode
They charge. Right now they total to 35.1 volts. Ive spent the last ten minutes trying.to find where a manufacture date would be on these things and I can't find anything online.

Re: Solid beeping when in tow mode
If it's any consolation, the beeping has stopped, solenoid clicks, they have proper amount of water, it doesn't make any noise when I try to do diagnostic mode either. But when I plug in my charger, it still flashes red on me.
