Battery voltage question-6v
Doing some work for a client who had an older western (marathon) I believe, I asked about the cart and to make a long story short they gave it to me for free.
The cart has US batteries that have a date code of march 2015 (36v pack). So the batteries aren't very old. They all had water in them which was a good sign considering it was sitting on flat tires. Anyway I used my multi meter to test the voltage of each battery needless to say they were low. Four of the batteries were at 5v and two of them are at 2.5-3v. Is it safe to say that the two batteries that are at 2.5-3v are bad ? Is there a way to maybe get these two batteries back to there voltage, maybe charging sepralty ? Or is it unnessecay...... |

Re: Battery voltage question-6v
yes charge them with a 6 or 12v charger
you want the batteries about the same volts when you plug in the carts charger |
