Pedal Box Grommet
The rubber grommet has disintegrated on the front of my pedal box. Also the metal socket/bushing has no grease. I think I can grease the ball, but there is no part listed for the rubber grommet. Does the whole pedal box need to be replaced?

Re: Pedal Box Grommet
I can't tell exactly what I'm looking at. Is this the electrical side or mechanical side?
Either way, I would think you could fix it without replacement, but will wait for your response. |

Re: Pedal Box Grommet
This is the mechanical side, where the accelerator actuator rod enters the pedal box. This surface you see is where the spring cup rests at the front of the pedal box. Attached is a better pic to give perspective.
