Update: I replaced the switch in the MCOR. Greased and soldered everything. Put back on cart. It runs!

But only half speed 7-8 mph.☹️

What could be wrong now?

There are two possibilities for the half-speed:

1) Speed Sensor:
Do the push test with the Key OFF and make sure the Motor offers resistance against the movement.

2) The previous intermittent failure welded the Solenoid Contacts:
With the Key OFF, measure the voltage between the 2 Solenoid big posts, it should be a few volts, not 0.

Contact cleaned the speed control switch. 😁😁

Cart runs 14-15 mph now. Thanks for the wonderful cart geniuses on this forum. Saved me some money. And I learned alot about my cart.

Attached are some photos of the temporary MCOR placement and pot shaft. Thought I would post because there is only one way for the pot shaft to enter the MCOR. The right way....

Now jack it up one more time. Seal up the MCOR and I'm ready for summer.
