Default Its testing???

When I test the ITS my reading are backwards. I get 14.18 volts on the black wire and .047v on the white wire and it does not change when moving the pedal. Is it no good? what are your thought. By the way the cart will not do anything, no soleniod click either, I tested everything else so far this is the only thing that seems strange. Greg

Get the solenoid to click before looking at the ITS, checking the ITS is one of the last things to do when troubleshooting a PDS cart (or series cart, or DCS cart, or AC drive cart)

First thing to check for is FULL Battery Pack voltage on J1 Pins 4 & 5.

In a nutshell, you have to have full battery pack voltage (38.2V when fully charged) on all the wires highlighted in red on the attached schematic as well as B- on those highlighted in blue, to get the solenoid to click.

Yes, I would say so - Glad you got it going
It is rare for the ITS to go bad. But as you proved, it does happen.
