Default Rear axle seal replacement

I have a 1996 TXT Freedom. The wheel bearings are shot, and I'm in the process of replacing them. I have the axles and bearings out, and trying to decide what to do with the seals on both sides. The seals appear to be in pretty good shape and I'm wondering if I even need to replace them. If I'm going to, I have a couple of questions.

How difficult is it to remove the seals? I read the sticky at the top of the forum, and it sounds simple with a couple of sheet metal screws. Does this work well?

More importantly, how difficult is it to put the new seals in? Can someone describe how to do it, and what tools I might need?

Thanks!!!

If it wasn't all oily & dusty on the ends of the tubes, they are probably ok. Just be sure the axle has some oil on it when sliding back through the seal.

Thanks!! That's what I was hoping. Ends were not oily at all. The seals seemed okay. It was the driver's side bearing that was shot, but I'm changing both sides while I'm at it.

New bearing and bushings installed in the rear of the Freedom. Took it out for a ride and it's like it's a new cart.
