Can anyone tell me what these results indicate?

Depending on which Alltrax controller you have the 1 green 3 red flashes mean different things. You can get the troubleshooting guides on the Alltrax website. If it's an AXE it means "3 Red = HPD. Throttle hasn't gone to zero during this power on cycle." If you have a SPM it means " 1 Green and 3 Red LED Flash = Battery Over Voltage"

Thanks mgray. Maybe scottyb will chime in with a recommendation pot that will be compatible with the CU conversion kit I bought from them a while back?

So I have the old NPX and the manual states that the 3 Red = HPD. Throttle hasn't gone to zero during this power on cycle.

I apologize for my ignorance, but what does that mean?

From the AXE/NPX troubleshooting guide "• LED blinks 3 times red High Pedal disable alarm. • Remove foot from throttle on power up • Throttle out of range, replace throttle. • Disable HPD switch in ControllerPro •" Sounds to me like a throttle/pot box issue.

I think it is the curtis pb-6, but clarify with him to be sure. He probably has some in stock.

Okay guys so based on what we've seen I went ahead and ordered a replacement pot, but the micro switch is slightly different than the original and I need some advice with wiring it up.

Attached is a picture of the old one (com goes to solenoid and nc goes to FR switch) and the new one that has three tabs and no labels.

Can anyone tell me which wires go where?
Thanks!!

Check continuity between the tabs, you want to use the 2 tabs that have continuity when the plunger is not pressed , typically the 2 furthest apart.
