Re: Batteries @ 60vdc when charging
I have seen pack voltage hit 66 V before the charger shuts off. Sometimes it can take 16 hours.

Re: Batteries @ 60vdc when charging
Isn’t that high of a voltage bad for the pack? I have one of those silly analog meters on my cart and it shows it pegged. Need to swap that out for a digital one, I’m sick of lifting the seat and putting my meter on it. I’d love to have a meter for each individual battery. Spring project.....

If the voltage gets above 64v measure the batteries again to make sure they are all coming up in voltage together. |

Re: Batteries @ 60vdc when charging
It is pretty much just surface charge. It is normal for a club car with an OBC. It won’t hurt your batteries.

I have a fluke 73, it shows 2 decimal places. 9.84-9.86 and then 10.04

Re: Batteries @ 60vdc when charging
Ok, so I just checked them this morning. Charger was on for about 12 hrs. The charger was off when I checked, and all batteries read around 8.49v give or take a 1/10th if a volt or so. Pack voltage was 50.74. I unplugged the charger from the cart, waited a minute and plugged it back in. Looks like all these batteries are good.
