Club Car Nuts and Bolts
Anybody know where to get the skinny bolts and nuts that hold the micro switches on to the FNR switch?
I have looked online, and can't match them up anywhere I have tried. My stash of them is now depleted. Thanks for any help! |

Re: Club Car Nuts and Bolts
Dunno exactly what size those are. I’m not great at telling those tiny thread sizes apart.
Something like this may help if you can find one to measure. https://www.boltdepot.com/fastener-i...crew-Sizes.pdf |

Re: Club Car Nuts and Bolts
Thanks fairtax. I'll have to print that out and hope I get the printed page the correct size for matching up. But yes, that should help a lot!
And yes I have one lone, rusty little orphan I can measure without taking one out of something! |

Re: Club Car Nuts and Bolts
Nice thing about those is they print a rule on the side so you can compare to a real ruler/ tape measure and make sure it’s accurate.
Those aren’t normally the kind of screws you find at Lowe’s, but worst case find a Fastenal or Grainger or something like that. I used to have a bunch of screws in those sizes and some MUCH much smaller when I was into RC stuff, and used to buy all kinds of stainless steel hardware from a local fastener store. The guy probably thought I was crazy, but he always had what I was looking for no matter how tiny it was. Think of screws the size of the ones for eye glasses, except about 5 times longer, in stainless. |

Re: Club Car Nuts and Bolts
Did you ever go to Pleasant's Hardware on Broad St. near the Blvd. in Richmond?
Could be a little pricy, but I never left there without any fastener I needed. Dang I miss that place. |

Re: Club Car Nuts and Bolts
Thanks for the help guys. Scotty I couldn't find the right length on their website.
I found them and the nuts on eBay. Worked out because I had some "eBay Bucks" that had to be used by the end of the month. Thanks again everybody! |
