Look on the driver side in the back. There should be a solenoid with a coil on it. Take the larger cables off and put them both on the same post. Then unhook the speed sensor off the right side of the motor. Then hang on if it is what I'm thinking it will run good again.
It does not have a toggle switch for the fnr.

I have tested each battery with my multimeter.
1. 8.2
2. 8.2
3. 8.2
4. 8.2
5. 8.1
6. 7.5

50.2 across the pack. Fresh off charge.

Just tested with multimeter while cart is in operation.
As soon as i hit the gas, it went from 50.1 down to 46.1 when i got back from the test drive it is at 49.1.

Yep - that 7.5 battery is in the worst condition, obviously - but replacing just one battery with an older pack of others, means that new battery pretty much gets sacrificed. It won't stay in good shape very long.

Those numbers are way low.
Good batteries will usually sit around 8.45 - 8.55v at rest after a full charge.

They also should not drop below 48v when under load. Maybe climbing a steep hill they fall below that, but not on flat ground just trying to start rolling.

Yeah, we are on flat land. So that drop is really bad.
