Default Wiring diagram for RXV Freedom.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a '12+ RXV Freedom that has the Curtis controller, the 12v reducer and 12v wiring?

I've been looking all over an I can only seem to find the pre-2012 or fleet carts without the 12v wiring...

Thanks,

I saw that one before but it just shows the input from -battery an DC +12 battery. I am hoping to find something that shows the factory 48v to 12v reducer, connector and associated wiring.

I'm considering adding some more lights and an installed stereo this fall. Which got me toying around with the idea of replacing the factory reducer with an Aux Battery to reduce the load on my main pack. I'm thinking about putting together a 4 module Leaf pack with a 12v reducer.

With this being an RXV I am obviously cautious about messing with any wiring...

Have 12 volt reducer now?
Why not just add fused wire off off fuse panel
As long as output rating of current convertor meets added load you should be fine.

We have a hundred miles of cart trails and use the cart instead of a car more often than not. So I want to put all 12v lights, radio and accessories on a separate Aux lithium battery and use the main lithium pack for drive only.

Does your cart have factory DC converter? With bracket and 2 terminals?

Sorry for the delay I'm in remote Alaska with extremely limited reception for a week. I'm attaching a pic if it sends.

That is the factory DC converter, typically the factory install had a bracket with 2 wires on isolated terminals just above the converter. They were green & black wires, with 5/16" ring terminals. The green was 12v B+, the black was B-. Those terminals could be hooked to your 12v battery, then just unplug & remove the DC converter. Wrap or close up the DC converter plug on the harness as you see fit, the terminals in the 6-pin plug are recessed, and pose no risk for short circuit.
