Your OBC has failed and is in "Lockout" therefore not allowing the controller function. Controllers will be in Sleep mode and sometimes plugging it in and letting it charge for a couple minutes and then unplugging it can correct it, but if it does not work then you will need to go to the carts' harness side connector at the OBC, unplug it, and then install a jumper between the White wire and the Blue wire. If it operates correctly then, you will need to make a permanent splice on the wires so you can reconnect it if you are going to continue to use your OBC.

If the cart operates but the charger will still not work, you have a completely failed OBC and will need to replace it or more preferably, get a good smart charger and just bypass the OBC altogether.

Ok thanks....so I will do that and see what it does. Try to do it soon as get back home today. If I am going to bypass the obc is there any “cons” to it? Either way I’ll have to get a new obc or a charger.

There are no "cons" to bypassing/removing the OBC.

Replace the charger with a new smart charger and you will eliminate the possibility of yet another failed OBC.

Look in the Club Car Electric "Stickies." There you will find detailed info of how to do this.
