Default 97 club car not moving

Got a golf cart cheap and trying to get it to move. Charged up batteries and got good charge. The solenoids click and hit the pedal and get a small hum sound. It’s a project for me and I know hardly nothing. It is a 48v club car ds serial number A9728-585096

What is the battery pack voltage? And what is the voltage while it is trying to move? That would be the first check.

May not be your problem but your batteries are showing less than a 50% charge.

How long has it been off the charger?

Jack the rear wheels off the ground and try it.

Tried the lifting rear wheels and nothing. It’s a 48 volt cart. What should it measure across the pack?
