Reverse switch stopped working

Hello everyone and thanks in advance for any help provided. I have a 2017 Club Car Precedent. FNR switch was working the day before. Reverse won't engage motor today. Solenoid clicks, buzzer sounds but no movement when pedal is pressed. I have an Alltrax controller.
Any ideas what might be wrong?

I ran the cart on the Alltrax monitor and it's giving me an error flag "Field Open Alarm" when reverse switch is on and pedal is pressed. I have attached a video.

Ah oh. You seem to have a controller issue. If the solenoid is clicking and the buzzer is sounding, the switch is working. The issue would be a failed FET in the controller. To check, place the cart in Tow and then disconnect the main Pack Negative cable. Then go under the cart and swap the F1/F2 cables at the motor (double wrench the nuts) or controller. Whichever is easiest for you. Then see how it works....

If you select Forward and it goes in reverse and you select Reverse and have no forward, it will be controller replacement time or warranty if applicable.

Does the cart drive in Forward?
Like Nole said, the switch is working fine if the buzzer sounds.

A Field Open alarm is only for connections between the controller and motor, or a failure in the motor or controller. If the motor runs in F, the controller has failed.

Thanks for the input. Will follow up with my dealer. It's newer controller, less than month or so old. Bummer
