If the throttle is going from nearly 5k and UP it's not going to run.

Well I’ve found a manual for this controller (I think) and it says the pot box needs to have an output of 0-5k. Which contradicts what the guy who sold me the controller. He said that it requires 5k-0. I had to rewrire this one to do 5k-0....guess I need swap it back.

If that controller came out of a 1995 - 1997 or so 48v Club Car it is 5k-0. (Unless early 95 but it would be black)

Yeah it came out of a club car. He upgraded and sold this one. I’m guessing that there might be a little bit more to the wiring that the diagram I followed.

If the solenoid is clicking it can't be but so much wrong. You need to get the throttle straightened out first. I would jack the rear wheels off the ground until you do.

Wheels are up. How do it test the controller?

And because this is a controller from a club car do I need to follow a different wiring diagram? I followed the ez-go one I found on here.

Why would you want to test the controller when you have yet to get a signal to it?
