Club Precedent 2016 Speed

I am purchasing a new golf cart and it is a 2016 Club Precedent 48V, right now it has a speed code of 4 and I was told it would do 22-24 MPH. I want to hit 30MPH, so we are adding a plum quick bandit. Anyone with experience with this?
Will it get me to the 30 mph I need? It has a 6 in lift and with 14 inch rims and 23 inch tires

Not sure if you'll hit 30, but you should at least be in the upper 20s
