Default Not moving club car

New to carts, have a club car ds 48v, new batteries, Mcor 4 conversion, not moving, have 48v to solinoid with pedal down, has reverse buzzing. The solinoid drivers side clicks when pushing pedal, solinoid passenger side no click, Tried jumping the solinoid nothing happened, just a small spark once. I'm lost any ideads

Are you sure about which side of the cart you are talking about?

If so, are you getting 48v at the small blue wire on solenoid?

Are you getting 48v at the SMALL blue wire?

Key on, run/tow on.

Yes solid blue 48volts, blue and white wire 0 volts
