Default New d&d motor help PLEASE

Just got a new d&d 3:2 motor 48v club car ds
Put it in and has 51v Hit lever to forward or reverse still has same voltage which is correct , then hit pedal to go voltage goes to 10v and doesn’t move either way. Put lever back to neutral 50.6-51 v comes back. Are my leads wrong on new motor. At least 2 have to be right cause goes forward and reverse correctly. ???

Look at the wiring diagram for your cart. Trace each cable from motor to where it is supposed to go. The cables don't know what color they are.

Yes club car ds 99 series.
Green comes from controller
All the others go to lever forward and reverse

I just matched same as my old motor. But new one says on it for clockwise
Rotation put s2 and a1 together
S1 to battery
A2 to other battery terminal.

But I have 4 wires total from old motor
So how to link to new motor is my issue

Are you sure that is not a TEST for the motor. Look at the diagram and pay attention to the markings on the motor and where they go.
