Default Battery Charger Always Showing Batteries As Fully Charged

Hi guys,

My 18 amp battery charger is always showing my 36V EZGO TXT golf cart batteries as fully charged when obviously they're not.

The batteries and charger are brand new and my old charger was giving me the same issue.

When I manually charge the batteries the golf cart runs fine so I imagine something needs to be replaced within the golf cart that's showing the batteries as fully charged but I can't figure out what it could be.

Hoping you guys can help me out. Thanks!

I'm not quite sure how or why you're using an 18v charger on a 36v pack. Is that a typo?
What's the Brand and Model number of the charger?
