Default Issues after lithium and FN1 install

I have a 1996 ezgo txt I upgraded to the following prior to today:
SR48500 Controller
400amp solenoid
HD FnR switch
48v (from 36)

Today I did the following:
- removed batteries and installed roypow pack (48v)
- swapped plug from old txt to new 48v txt/rxv receptacle
- added FN1 on the fly switch

The pack is showing full charge but I get nothing to solenoid.

I did the following as well:
- wired new receptacle as red to positive, black to negative, blue wire to original Reed switch bypass on FnR, left gray wire unhooked

- reset controller and added FN1, made a few minor adjustments to fn1, changed max amps to 400 on controller, pushed to controller.

I dont know what I may have messed up to get no solenoid click on the pedal push. I also don't know where to start with a voltmeter. Any thoughts or ideas are welcome.

My first step is I am going to unhook the fn1, and reset the controller back to see what happens to rule out the fn1.

Did a few measurements.
- 54 volts at battery pack
- 54 volts on battery side of solenoid
- 51.4 volts on other solenoid post

- unhooked large posts on solenoid
- turned cart on, pressed pedal and measured small posts. 0 voltage, still no click. I am assuming the solenoid is good then

- when connecting controller to pc, and monitoring, getting no error led on controller and no errors in application

Not sure where to go next.
Any guidance is appreciated

Ok. So it took some more reading. Im an idiot and didn't pay attention. When doing the rxv plug conversion, I forgot that its based on the old Reed switch bypass, so I needed to send pack voltage to the FnR switch vs the blue wire going to the white and red wire. Pack to red white went back to working immediately

They are growing in popularity. I like the plug and play ability so I didnt have to build my own pack. Ive been happy with it so far, just working on getting the adjustments right on my controller. With the weight drop, it really wants to jump at takeoff. I probably wouldn't go ebay. Find a local dealer. I know of 2 here in Georgia now. Pricing was fair
