Yes, we did buy a new sensor. So, here what we found. With the black probe on the B- and red probe on the tab where the white wire is hooked to, with the solenoid activated, we get .170v. With the red probe on the black, connector,on the throttle, and the black, probe hooked to B- , we get right at 2 volts. Something is not right or we are doing something wrong. And, yes the controller is the same. Also, I pulled up a wiring diagram that looks to be just like our, controller system,,and the wiring was different on this cart. They had the A2 cable ran to B+ at the controller. The diagram showed that cable actually going to A1 on the controller. Then they had A1 on the motor going to A2 on the controller. They also had M- hooked to the A terminal on the F/R switch. Then had A2 cable from controller hooked to the C terminal on the F/R switch. I have it hooked up like the diagram, but still have funky out of range voltage on the ITS.

According to this diagram, if I decide to use the 275amp controller the wiring is alot different as to where the large cables go.

Ok, update. The PO had all of the wiring totally wrong. We installed the other controller I had for an 03 , ran all the wires correctly, and the cart runs like a new one. The only thing I need is a 4 prong female connector ,so I can hook the controller up right.

So, we got everything wired up and now the cart is completed. I painted it a Chrysler color, Intense Blue Pearl. Turned out awesome. 1124200931c.jpg
