Default Anyone Running Die Hard Batteries?

Is anyone running 8v Die Hard batteries from advance auto? I brought my 2013 txt up with me from FL to NJ and let the batteries deplete to the point where I think they are damaged internally. I don't use it much (a few rides around the neighborhood, trick or treating with the kids, etc. ), thus the reason why I don't want to spend a small fortune on replacing them. Current setup is 8v @155ah and in their prime, they were more than adequate. The Die Hards are at around 170ah and cost about $130 each. Please let me know your thoughts!

I have the Die Hard 170AH in my cart, Unfortunately I can not give much feedback. I bought them in sept of 2020 and started tearing the cart apart right after.
I plan to give updates as we use it.

Edit: I got these batteries Dirt Cheap because my nephew is a parts distributer ($525 for all six)... At $130 each plus tax, I don't think I would have bought these if I had to pay that price. Look into the Trojans. The long time users on the site swear by them and I think you can find them for about the same price as you will pay for the Die Hards.

Thanks for the update. Unfortunately, the pickings are slim in NJ, not like when I was in FL. I can hold out for a while. Let me know how it goes with the die hards!

Does Die Hard, Craftsman, or Sears brand still exist today? I thought they EOL'd like Kmart ages ago?

Yes the name was bought by Advanced Auto Parts.
I will update my experience with them as time goes on.

As for getting Trojan Batteries in NJ here is the web site dealer locator for NJ.
https://tools.trojanbattery.com/dealers.aspx
There are a lot of locations.

I highly recommend Trojan or US Batteries. We have had bad experience with anyone else, especially cheaper brands (Rural King are the worst)

But last you 6-8 years if taken care of, have the proper Amp Hour capacity for more run time, and are warrantied 2 years.

The phrase is "you get what you pay for"

If you skimp on batteries, you will spend a lot more on a replacement controller or motor.

There's also a cheaper (170 each) 'black box' Trojan battery, but run time is reduced. Not meant for anyone who golfs or depends on a lot of run time.
