No throttle in Foward

98 Ezgo txt series 36v. Just upgraded to a Mot B1 motor, alltrax Sr controller, new solenoid, heavy duty f/r, and 2 gauge wires. Double checked all wiring but still having two issues.

When in forward the reverse buzzer stays on and forward only works when the pedal is barely engaged.

Just to confirm the cart is going forward in the forward position and reverse in the reverse position.

Any suggestions.

Sounds like the fnr switch is out of adjustment. Loosen the mounting bolts, adjust the rotating puck to center then slide the switch until the handle is straight up. Tighten the bolts and try again.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I completely disconnected it tried moving the puck. WIth the heavy duty it has the plastic built in stops so minor adjustments. The ms4 just continued to show continuity across the Com and normally open in forward.

Can you think of anything else? I have a throttle and micro switch on order. But I don't think that explains the reverse buzzer.

Is it possible the puck is installed incorrectly? Upside down?
