Tie rod extension jerry-rigged? Repair?
Hello.
I have a lifted EZGo 1995 TEXTRON B23. A previous owner appears to have welded something like extension to the steering assembly, but the weld snapped apart. Can I buy something to replace the jerry rigged part? I suspect the part was done because there is not a commercial replacement part and was done because of the lift/larger tires. Any suggestions? Is my only option to find somebody able/willing to weld it back together? TIA for any help!! (I am going to try to attach some pictures.) |
