My $300 EZGO Txt Cart Project

Finally got around to pulling the tray. Went well with a cut off wheel-one hex bolt went easy the other sheered off and then the rain came. Hopefully tonight I'll get it out-also noticed (since I flipped the cart the other side some rust starting on the frame-will knock that out and get it handled. Slowly but surely.

Finally got some batteries and new wires. Hopefully time this weekend to wire up!

Well started replacing the old wires and happened to destroy the controller by accident. It was likely shot so onto the next route.

little late to the party. The frame looked pretty good. i had a similar build with similar issues also in GA. I cleaned the rust off the frame the best that i could with wire brushes and then coated it with rust neutralizer paint. i have 1 spot the frame rusted through in the front that i got to figure out how to fix. as far as your controller. I have some if you need them. and how did the charger work out? i got the form charger off amazon. im actually quite surprised. im getting 41v off a full charge with it.

Ended up having it rebuilt and stuck with 36V for now. Need to track down wiring/voltage as I only get a voltage read out on the display in reverse and no movement-just need some time.
