Default Solenoid clicks but no movement

Ok, so I have an 02 TXT I left it to rot for over 10 years. Blah blah blah. You’ve probably seen my posts before. So I’ve replaced all the batteries with brand new ones, new solenoid, new Ignition , new controller. Before I got the controller I was getting no noise at all. No solenoid click no reverse beep. So I figured I’d buy a new controller. Put in the new controller and now it clicks, and makes the reverse noise! But still no movement. Could the batteries be low? Got them around 3 months ago. Or what other part should I try to replace? Any ideas? I’ve thrown to much money at it to give up now lol.

If the batteries haven't been charged in three months, they are low due to self discharge.

Which drive system? Series or PDS?

Little update. I noticed that the back wheels kinda rock when I press the pedal so I do believe it’s low on charge.

My charge port is messed up. Is there a way to charge the batteries individually using a trickle charger? Or will that mess up the controller?

Flip it to tow and charge 2 batteries at a time with a car charger.

Do I just follow the leads like they’re all ready connected to the batteries? To charge it?
Also are they regular or agm?

1. Leave the battery cables connected as is. Just clip the 12V charge to two 6V batteries as show in attached drawing.

2. If the cart batteries have removable fill caps, use the regular mode. (They most likely have removable fill caps)

Thank you, doing it now. Fingers crossed

So I have this weird issue. My back two batteries that are right next to each other aren’t coming up in voltage when I charged them individually. One is at is reading 4.85 and the other one is 4.25. All the other batteries are reading 6-6.25. The charger for the Ezgo isn’t charging. I think it’s Bc of the low voltage in the two batteries? Would this be the case? I’m still only getting very little movement in the car it just rolls forward about 6 inches. Could the back two batteries be bad? Or are they just that low?
