Default 92 marathon, 400 amp controller upgrade, next?

Hi All,

I recently had my controller rebuilt and decided to upgrade to 400 amps. The F/R switch is one year old and the potentiometer is also new. Cart functioned well for a few weeks until now. I did not upgrade my solenoid. Is this necessary? Could I have ruined my controller with a mismatched solenoid?

Any thoughts appreciated!
