Re: TXTE-48V Stalls
With the key on and the cart in F yellow will have pack positive voltage. So will blue. When the pedal is pushed the blue wire should go to ground so zero voltage. If that is not happening then you have another problem.

Re: TXTE-48V Stalls
I have it on jack stands and when the cart stalls, it is as if the batteries are drained. The batteries have 49.5V when I last checked it.

Re: TXTE-48V Stalls
If you look at the chart on this link, https://www.buggiesgonewild.com/show...44&postcount=7 Lead Acid 48V when the voltage is at 49.5V the SOC is at about 70%.

Re: TXTE-48V Stalls
I charged the batteries and had 52.1V to start. Power is correct to the F-N-R switch, the key switch and the throttle sensor. The new solenoid has 51+V in all terminals. The yellow wire going in has the power when the key is in the on position. The solenoid has 51+v in all terminals. Looking at the wiring chart, the blue is a ground. Why is it showing power on that lead?
