Unplug the blue wire from the solenoid. Then run the test again at the key switch. See if you still lose pack voltage with the blue unplugged from solenoid.

Where does the feed wire to the key switch directly come from ?

OK, reconnect blue. Obviously, everything on that circuit is staying pack voltage except key switch. That would indicate that the sonic weld on the red lead where the white wire connects is faulty. You are maintaining pack voltage on both sides of there, but not on the white to the switch. Looking at the schematic the heavy black dot above the white switch wire is that connection, but I dont know where it is physically located in the harness. Try running a jumper from battery positive ( you might can connect it to the grey on the F/R switch. ) this will jumper and bypass that sonic weld and should supply constant power to the key switch. For this test you can unplug white from key switch and connect only the jumper from F/R grey.

To permanently repair, create a jumper that you can splice into F/R grey and plug to the keyswitch where the white was. Tape up the white and leave it disconnected. That lead is dead at the sonic weld. Plug the new jumper from the grey to where the white was and button it back up. It's identically the same connection, just rerouted.

That sonic weld is in the harness near the run tow switch
