Default what are these?

i assume one is the cdi unit and the other is the buzzer but im not sure. also if i relocate these do they need to be isolated from the frame? I ask because they are mounted to the wheelwell which is plastic eventhough there are many better spots. also is there a thread on here that has a wiring diagram. i dont know what g it is but i think its a g8 or g9. heres a picture.either way i imagine the wiring is similar. thanks for any help

You have a G2.

The round part is the reverse buzzer, and the rectangular part is the voltage regulator. There should also be 2 fuse holders in the same location, one for the positive side of the electrical system, and the other for the negative.

The ignition module is attached to the fuel tank, under the fuel pump.

I don't believe the frame is grounded, but the engine is the common ground for the ignition circuits. You should be able to mount the regulator and buzzer anywhere.

What are your plans for your cart? Good luck, and have fun!

Dusty, if you've posted more than 2 or 3 threads on here, you have the bug.

Looks like you have at least 6 - uh oh! Too late!!! There's no looking back now!

As Steve said you have a G2. No the frame is not grounded at least not on the 2 I own. Also DO NOT ground anything to the frame on these carts as they will pop fuses. I speak from experience. I popped a few in my time,
