help removing body panels for painting
Want to paint my '85 gas G1. Any suggestions as to how to remove the front and rear body panels without too much hastle? Also, do the front "floorboards" on the left and right just pop out? Thanks.

Thanks NG, I didn't mean to sound like a smart azz but I was wondering my self as to the best way. That link says it all. I myself just entered the cart world and am building a g16 for my wife to tow my top dragster back to the pits. Great site with a wealth of info here at BGW.

Re: help removing body panels for painting
Finally got the paint job done! After much consideration, I opted to go with a do-it-yourself roll on truck bed liner because of the durable, rubbery texture. I found a company that makes a "fine" grade paint in many colors. I didn't want to worry about scratching the cart, and I think I made a good choice. I ordered the kit for a small truck bed, and had plenty enough for 3 coats for the body and roof with paint left over! I also added a motorcycle am/fm mp3 stereo, and mounted the speakers behind the driver's seat. The main just unit sits one of the front slots for easy removal.
