g1 posi upgrade
i got a request to describe the procedure for locking up the g1 rear diff so here it is. once you get the diff apart, you'll see that the pinion gears match diagonally. (gear teeth up or teeth down). all you do is flip 2 of the gears so they match side to side instead. right side gear teeth up, left side down or left up, right down it does'nt matter. this locks the axles together. it takes just seconds once you have the diff apart. it should be stronger this way too. i've been running mine this way pretty hard on trails this way for several years without any problems. i drive it on pavement also, just take it easy on turns. hope this helps.

Re: g1 posi upgrade
hey "little bob" maybe if you spent more time learning about your cart instead of sending cute little pictured replies you would understand better. or maybe shell out a few bucks for a g1 shop manual which clearly shows the diff. gear setup, you would realize just how easy this upgrade is to do.
