Default Battery issue on 1 year old Trojan batteries

So i have a set of trojan t605 that are 13 months old. They have been working fine thus far until just the other day when the cart seemed to have lost power and was barely moving. I tried charging the cart and then went to run it and it would go and just drop power after going a very short distance and have trouble moving. I checked voltage of batteries and 5 of them seem fine, the 6th battery was showing very weird voltage and even jumped into the negatives. Does this mean i have a shorted out battery? Trying to diagnose this problem but cant really seem to get to the bottom of it. Any and all info would be great. Should i just purchase 1 more trojan t605?

Take the battery to a Trojan dealer. they will test and pro-rate the replacement cost.

You are welcome. Unfortunately the free replacement is for the first 12 months, then 6 months of pro-rated replacement kicks in. Tell them it was acting up last month but you couldn't get it back to them until now....
