How to get more RPm out of Club car 98 gas

Hi
I would like to get a little more RPM out of the motor on my club car 1998. how is the best way to do this? when I have four people on cart it lacks the get up the hill, don't need a lot just a little more rpm

i just put the tourque spring in my 91 ds and the electronics, wow what a difference i like it alot
