I see I have two broken pins thatm hold the bottom of the airbox door tight
I think I can fabricate pins to hold the bottom tight again

Remove the intake hose from the box, (leave the cover on)

For an old style air box:
disconnect the rubber strap, slide the air box rearward, and remove.

For a new style air box:
remove the 3 screws from underneath the cart that hold the air box to the frame, and lift it out!
Depending if the battery is a stock group 70 or not, you may have to loosen the battery hold down,
and slide the battery over a little!

Now I know that you have an old style air box!
I think the pic I showed was from either 98 or 2000.5 and newer!

Disconnect the rubber strap, and slide the air box away from the choke assembly, and remove.

you should be good to go!
