Yes it was on Battery #1. But my positive charging wire goes to the bottom of my F&R switch, its a HD switch from Scottyb

Does the positive terminal from Battery #1 also goes to the same bottom terminal on the F&R switch as the charger wire positive is connected to?

Battery #1 Goes to the top right by itself and the charging wire along with one of the wires from the motor for reverse

That is not correct, what You referred to is the negative side of the charger socket, but let's go under the assumption we are referring to the batteries by different terminology.

Thats more like it.. Thats how i had it connected and it would only show 19v. Ill try again. Recap; Meter pos to pack pos, Meter neg to Key neg, Key neg to f&r, So where key pos? Sorry thats probably really confusing

There is no key positive, the Key switch only interrupts the negative side of the circuit.

If You have it connected as in the picture and You are only getting 19v, then your batteries are not connected to each other exactly as indicated in the picture.

Oh alright, I definitly had it wrong. ill get after it when i get home. Thanks for the help. i like that stripe on your cart, i might have to do mine
