EZ GO PDS Beep Codes

I have an EZ GO PDS cart that has batteries which are date stamped August 2010.

1. When on flat ground after the cart has been fully charged, the cart is sluggish. If i push pedal to floor suddenly, the cart will give me a 2-1 code telling me Low voltage. I attributed this to old batteries and it was time to replace them.

2. I noticed the other day when I plugged the cart up with the key switch in the "ON" position. When doing so, it would give me a 3-2 beep code, Solenoid Welded.

My question, could I just be getting the 2nd code of Solenoid Welded due to bad batteries and that may potentially go away when I replace the batteries? Or do I appear to have 2 separate issues?

What are your battery voltages?
Before charging... (number them from 1 to 6, starting at the first POS)
During charge... (take several readings a couple hours apart, look for a high)
and then 12 hours after unplugging charger...(resting voltage).

What make and model batteries do you have?
What is the date marked on the batteries...
usually a single digit on the NEG post. 2010 would be a 0

The batteries are Trojan 106's. Stamped H0 so August 2010.
