Wheel alignment off big time

Guys-

I'm trying to figure out what is wrong with my golf cart. My daughter hit a farm fence and the passenger front wheel tie rod and ball joint is rubbing the tire. If I line the bad tire up straight the driver is off. If I line the good side up the passenger is way off. I can see the boot under the ball joint is gone. It almost looks like the steel plate holding the ball joint is bent. I'm attaching picks to try to understand what the problem is to fix this.

on the pass tire, that extension from the spindle to the tie rod is wacked :( just look at the angle if the tie rod mount spindle in the extension bracket.
i would free the tie rod from it and remove it from the spindle, beat it strait and figure a way to add an extra support to that piece as it is weak now after the bend, and will bend again.

Replace the bent stell plate and did a front end alignment. It's back in business.
