Im not quite sure it has the FNR switch on the dash and yes it was one long sentence this is a forum not the ACT or SAT plus i was tired lol

LOL it happens to the best of us, ESPECIALLY in the middle of the night when we are trying to figure out a cart problem that's been eating at you for a while. so don't give it another thought.

Is the directional selector a rocker switch F N R or is direction selected with the key switch OFF R N F

post the vin # or go on ez-go website and enter the vin # on the my cart section.
then copy paste that info here so the boys here can help you correctly work this out.
this is still a rxv txt guessing game, even the year is questionable.

Yep we need to know if its an RXV or a TXT but leaning towards an RXV because I don't every remember a TXT with the light next to the charger socket.. Do the 48 volt carts have it ?

You have a bad charge plug on cart. Its "guts" are molded into some rubber, making it "not servicable". The green light staying on is a dead giveaway. The charger interlock feature is whats stopping everything. I have seen this before, and am very confident this is your problem.
